INSTALL
- Download the SKILL.md.
- In Claude, open the project it belongs to and add the file to that project’s files.
- Ask for it by name. Claude reads it before it works.
Ledger
Runs the change log and the revision ledger: when a plan change earns an entry, how a doc’s Rev bumps, and the Wednesday After Action Report procedure. The reason I always know why we did what we did.
Router
Sorts any new idea into one of four buckets: a new project, a surface (Design or Code), a skill, or a scheduled task. One sentence back, then it starts. Lives in a dispatch project of its own.
